Why don’t you publish flat rates?

High-risk pricing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Your industry, processing history, dispute exposure, and volume meaningfully change total cost. Teaser rates often mislead. We provide a custom proposal that explains each cost upfront so you know exactly what you’re paying for AND BIG's rates & fees will never go up.

What pricing model do you use?

Whenever possible we use true interchange-plus. Card brand costs are passed through at cost, and our margin is listed separately for full transparency. This model does not work for all verticals, when that is not possible we provide a simple flat rate with no fluff.

Which fees should I expect on my statement?

Typical components include a per-transaction fee plus card brand pass-through, a monthly account fee for gateway, reporting, and support, and dispute fees only when chargebacks occur. Optional tools such as fraud filters, chargeback alerts, ACH, or crypto settlement can be added as needed.

Do you charge setup or early termination fees?

We remove junk charges and make all costs clear before you sign. We never have a set up fee, however, a reasonable early termination fee may apply in some instances.

How are reserves determined and when are they released?

Reserves are used only when banking partners require them based on factors like vertical, volume, and dispute rates. We set expectations for reserve levels and release timelines from day one and work to reduce or remove reserves as your performance improves.

How long do deposits take?

Funding timelines vary by program. You’ll receive a clear schedule in your proposal so cash flow is predictable. Many merchants receive deposits on a daily or two-day cycle once live.

What impacts my final pricing?

Average ticket size, perceived vertical risk, monthly volume, dispute history, refund and shipping policies, and how friendly your website and operations are. Strong policies and clean processing can lower costs over time.

Can my pricing improve as I grow?

Yes. As you build a positive history and maintain low dispute ratios, we revisit reserves, fees, and funding to reward consistent performance.

How fast will I get a custom quote?

Most requests receive a tailored proposal within one business day after we review your details and website.
